Jobpodge.com is a website that has been around for awhile mainly functioning as a great database of real life job experiences. While still in development this career site does have a lot of potential to really shed some new light on the online career job search experience. Currently between Monster, Hotjobs, Simply Hired, and Indeed the job aggregation and job posting market is just about covered. Jobpodge on the other hand offers something totally different. They don’t offer you help in finding a job opening but more pre-job searching, they help you find out what keywords to type in when you are on Simply Hired or Monster. That said, they aren’t quite ready for prime time yet but I’ll be keeping an eye on them for sure.
