So I recently came back to Pandora and starting listening to my set radio stations. For those that don’t know about Pandora, it’s basically a music lover’s paradise. You create radio stations based upon bands or songs and Pandora creates a list of songs that you can listen to and rate. Full songs you can listen to. Anyhow I digress, but it’s a very cool if you are into music, or rather even if you’re not into music and you want to learn more.

Slim Squeezebox - This is a wireless device that you stream your music from a computer to anywhere in your house where you have speakers, or now just sign up for Pandora and you can do everything from the Squeezebox remote (no computer necessary). The best way to explain it is to give you an example so here goes..

You’re sitting on your couch, you have more-people than you should in your 2 bedroom apt. So you hit the remote on your squeezebox remote and play the Pandora All American Rejects Radio station and you get your rock on to AAR, Copeland, Simple Plan, and all other things related to AAR. Then when the night gets a little later and you move all your furniture to the walls to make room for you 10 x 10 dance floor you switch to your 50 cent Pandora radio station and all across your 2 bdrm is 50-cent related songs. Lastly when the night is winding down and your at home your buddy is like hmm you got any down tempo stuff so you create a new Everything but the Girl Pandora radio on your Squeezebox and chill out.
