Continuing with our Top 5 Widgets here is number 4:

4. Calorie Counting Widget - With all the health trends going around, the Biggest Loser on TV, and destroy the carbs campaigns this one is a no brainer. How about a widget that sits in your toolbar where you just type in what you had and up pops the calorie count. I for one would love to type in “Subway Meatball Sub” and see “45,000 calories consumed”. If that doesn’t get you to eat less that I don’t know what will. Though tell you what, calories be damned I love the Meatball sub.

5. Social Networks Widget - This widget would look like your Trillian and sit on your desktop. You would just enter in your various myspace, facebook, friendster, etc accounts and then everytime someone invites you as a friend or sends you a message it pings you it alerts you a bit like aim. Or better yet a small message in the widget AJAXs down below the social network like a facebook.
