Co-reg Complete Review - a hosted co-registration application
Co-reg Complete is a hosted web application that allows the common web publisher to add co-registration to their site. Whether you want to add co-registration to build your own newsletter in which you will sell advertising spots on or for selling leads Co-reg Complete is very capable of providing this service. Part of being a successful web publisher is monetizing the traffic that comes to your site whether that is through PPC ads or building a newsletter and charging advertisers per CPM. By adding co-registration capability to your site you are able to turn traffic into actual dollars. That said, here are the basics of what Co-reg Complete offers, they are as follows:
Filtering - When selling or buying co-registration it is very important to have some sort of filtering process in place. Co-reg Complete will automatically check for duplicate co-reg lead entries coming from your partners as well as do basic filtering (i.e, no @ symbol, xxx@junk.com, etc) before they are added to your newsletter mailing list. This feature is needed mainly when you are receiving leads from a partner into your mailing list and not so much when you are collecting leads on your website.
Autoresponders - When using co-registration to build a email newsletter mailing list it is incredible important to place your website/brand in front of new subscribers as quickly as possible. Co-reg Complete will automatically do this for you if you hosting provider does not provide autoresponders (my hosting service, bluehost does this, so I do not use this feature).
Display Preferences - You can alter your current Co-registration offers. Show below is the co-registration management interface.

Custom Co-registration - Ability to collect customized fields. This is huge because there are a lot of advertisers that only do custom co-registration, mainly in the online education and finance verticals. All of which collect more than just the basic name and email.
Lead Delivery - Ability to transfer leads by email batch, ftp download, and http form-posting. HTTP posting is the most common in the industry and most all advertisers can accept leads via http post so this is capability is vital.
Here is a live example of Co-reg Complete in action on the MarketingSherpa website. You can see this example in action by registering for their email newsletter here.

Either way you go whether it is running co-registration yourself through something like Co-reg Complete and placing advertisers that you have personally signed on for your site or becoming an affiliate of a lead generation/co-registration network like Aptimus, co-registration is still a good way to monetizing your existing traffic.
